Subramanian S. Iyer (Subu) is Distinguished Professor and holds the Charles P. Reames Endowed Chair in the Electrical Engineering Department and a joint appointment in the Materials Science and Engineering Department at the University of California at Los Angeles. He is Director of the Center for Heterogeneous Integration and Performance Scaling (UCLA CHIPS). Prior to that he was an IBM Fellow. His key technical contributions have been the development of the world's first SiGe base HBT, Salicide, electrical fuses, embedded DRAM and 45nm technology node used to make the first generation of truly low power portable devices as well as the first commercial interposer and 3D integrated products. He has been exploring new packaging paradigms and device innovations that may enable wafer-scale architectures, in-memory analog compute and medical engineering applications. He is a fellow of IEEE, APS, iMAPS and NAI as well as a Distinguished Lecturer of IEEE EDS and EPS. He is on the Board of Governors of IEEE EPS. He is a Distinguished Alumnus of IIT Bombay and received the IEEE Daniel Noble Medal for emerging technologies in 2012 and the 2020 iMAPS Daniel C. Hughes Jr Memorial award and the iMAPS distinguished educator award in 2021. Prof. Iyer is also Prof. Ramakrishna Rao Visiting Chair Professor at IISc, Bengaluru.

Raj Jammy is the President of imec USA operations. He previously served in semiconductor leadership roles at IBM, SEMATECH, Carl Zeiss, and MITRE Engenuity, fostering collaborative relationships with global companies, startups, universities, R&D institutions, and government agencies. He holds 50+ US patents, published extensively, and a received a doctorate in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University. Raj was appointed to the Department of Commerce Industrial Advisory Committee, which provides guidance on the CHIPS for America Act.

Sunil is an IIT-Bombay alumnus (B.Tech. '80) and holds three graduate degrees from Penn State and MIT. He is a 40-year veteran of the semiconductor industry in Silicon Valley, having worked in technical and management roles at large and small companies including Intel, AMD, Analog Devices, Maxim, Atmel and Lattice. He holds 92 U.S. patents and is the author/coauthor of 18 publications (including 5 invited papers). His research interests include embedded memory technologies (particularly NVM) and process technology solutions for FPGAs, microcontrollers and analog/mixed-signal chips.

Raj Nair is the Vice President for Power and Memory Products at GlobalFoundries. Prior to his current position, Raj ran the Technology Development group in Singapore where several of the Power/eNVM technologies currently in volume production were developed. Raj has over 30 years of Operations and R&D experience in the semiconductor and advanced battery industries. Before joining GLOBALFOUNDRIES in 2013, Raj has held executive positions at Johnson Controls, Maxim, Motorola and On Semiconductor. At Johnson Controls he was the Vice President for Advanced Manufacturing and Quality. He is a pioneer in the development of SmartPower integrated circuit technologies. Raj has an MSEE degree from NTU and an MS ChE from Syracuse University. He has been awarded eight patents and authored multiple publications in the semiconductor domain.

Sathya Prasad is an alumnus of MIT Sloan School of Management and Arizona State University and a Guest Faculty at IIM Bangalore & consults with startups and MNCs on solving challenges at the intersection of tech, innovation and entrepreneurship. During his 20 years at Intel (US/India), spanning roles in Strategic Planning, Product Management, and R&D, Sathya successfully conceived, designed, and took to market several leading-edge tech products. As Founding President of SEMI India, he led the creation and launch of the B2B platform SOLARCON India. As Founding Director, Sathya manages the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship @ PES University to promote tech innovation at University- level.

Sunit Rikhi is a Visiting Professor of Practice in the Department of Electrical Engineering for the Centre for Semiconductor Technologies (SemiX) at IIT Bombay. He is an executive with over forty years of experience in the semiconductor industry. In 2015, Sunit retired from a 30-year career with Intel as Vice President and General Manager of Intel Custom Foundry. During his Intel career, Sunit played leadership roles in Technology Development including Physical Design EDA, Mask Operations, Factory Automation, Advance Design, and the Foundry Business. Since his retirement from Intel, Sunit has been involved with several young companies in roles such as Non-Executive Director, Advisor, and Executive Consultant. Sunit received his MSEE from University of Washington and his BSEE from BITS Pilani, India.

Tushar Sharma is Country Head of Renesas-TCS Joint Innovation Center, and a visiting professor at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, India. He received Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Calgary, Canada in 2018 followed by post-doctoral research in the Integrated Micro-systems Research Lab at the Princeton University, New Jersey, USA. Tushar joined as institute adjunct faculty at Indian Institute of Sciences (IISc), Bangalore in 2021 and happens to be youngest elected member on board of IEEE Microwave Theory and Techniques Society (MTTS) board. His research interests include high frequency novel reconfigurable techniques in RF and mm-wave transmitters, broadband high-power gallium nitride (GaN) power amplifiers, large signal device modelling, technology characterization, digital signal processing, mm-Wave amplifiers, and waveform engineering. He has more than 50 publications in international journals and conferences along with 4 granted patents. He is the recipient of IMS 2020 Best Industry Paper award, 2019/2020 IMS Best Student paper award, Izaak Walton Killam pre-doctoral scholarship, the Alberta Science and Innovation under 30 Future Leader Award, the Alberta Innovates Technology Future Doctoral Scholarship, the Alberta Transformative Talent Scholarship, the IEEE Education Activity Board Pre-Educator award, IEEE MGA Young Professionals Achievement award and University of Calgary 2018 Early Achievement Alumni award.

Dr. Ritu Sodhi received her MS and Ph.D. degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY, in 1992 and 1995, respectively. She has lead R&D teams at multiple power semiconductor companies for over 28 years. These include International Rectifier, Fairchild Semiconductor and Empower Semiconductor. During these years, Dr. Sodhi made strong technical contributions in power semiconductor device design and technology development with over 30 publications, 6 patents and several awards. Dr. Sodhi also served as an Adjunct Associate Professor at IIT Bombay for five years where she defined and implemented a new course on power semiconductor devices, with an aim to promote this field in academia in India. She is a Senior Member of IEEE, and has been a member of the technical program committee for multiple IEEE international conferences – ISPSD, ICEE, ISPS and IWPSD, and a co-chairperson for the Semiconductor Committee of Power Sources Manufacturers Association (PSMA).

Dr. Raj Yavatkar is the Chief Technology Officer at Juniper Networks, a leading vendor for networking systems and services. At Juniper, Raj leads the corporate strategy and technology innovation to put the company on a growth path with expansion in Enterprise, data center, and mobile network segments. Raj also serves as an advisor to and an early investor in many startups. Raj has a track record of identifying new trends, driving innovations, and translating those into new products. Raj started his career in academic research before moving to an industry research position at Intel Corp where he created a new product category called programmable network processor and invented active manageability technology (branded as Intel vPro) for Intel-based client and server systems. Raj was appointed Intel Fellow, one of the highest technical positions at Intel, in 2003. At VMware, as a Sr VP and Fellow, Raj invented a new direction for hybrid clouds and then developed VMware Cloud Foundation - a new hybrid cloud automation platform that integrated compute, storage, and network virtualization with automated lifecycle management. The product now brings in $1B+ annual software revenue. At Google, led the Google Cloud networking team to deliver network virtualization platform and new networking products to differentiate from other public clouds. Dr. Yavatkar is an IEEE Fellow and is recognized as a leading expert in the networking industry. He received his BTech in Electronics Engg from IIT-BHU in 1980, MTech in Computer Science from IIT-Bombay in 1982, and Ph.D. in Computer Science from Purdue University and holds more than 50 patents. Raj has co-authored five Internet standards. Dr. Yavatkar has also published more than 40 papers in academic journals and conferences and has co-authored the book, Inside the Internet's Resource Reservation Protocol (RSVP) published by John Wiley. Raj was the General Chair of ACM SIGComm 2004 and ACM/IEEE ANCS 2007. He previously served on the editorial board of the IEEE Network magazine, served as an editor of Computer Communications, ACM/Springer-Verlag Journal on Multimedia Systems and Kluwer's Multimedia Tools and Applications.
